Junior Project Manager (full-time) | Athens Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation

ACE (Athens Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation), the Incubator and Technology Transfer Office of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team!

ACE is the #1 startup hub in Greece and, is ranked 95th among the 180 best accelerators and incubators in Europe, according to the “Europe’s Leading Startup Hubs 2026” report published by the Financial Times and Statista. For more than 10 years, ACE has been building bridges between academia, industry, and the investment community, empowering entrepreneurs and startups through incubation, acceleration, and open innovation programs.

We are now looking for a Junior Project Manager to help coordinate and drive forward our portfolio of entrepreneurship programs, from planning to delivery, while building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, mentors, and startup community.

What you’ll do:

• Help coordinate the structure and delivery of entrepreneurship education and acceleration programs, proactively securing the resources and support needed to ensure successful completion.

• Own projects end-to-end as an accountable lead, or contribute as a key team member, bringing your time, skills, and knowledge to the table.

• Monitor programs’ KPIs and contribute to readjusting project plans, working closely with the project support team throughout delivery.

• Manage relationships with a segment of our stakeholders, such as mentors, experts, and partners, ensuring they stay engaged and aligned with our activities.

• Lead communications with startups, partners, and other external stakeholders, representing ACE in the wider ecosystem.

• Contribute to the evaluation of delivery reports and track our teams’ progress.

• Support the planning and execution of ACE events, from founder pitch sessions to panels and public appearances.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues on issues and processes that require input across the organization to grow the impact of our initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a similar role, ideally within the startup, innovation, or entrepreneurial ecosystem (but it’s ok if not!)

• University degree in a relevant field: Business Administration, Management Science & Technology, Engineering, or similar.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field: Business Administration, Management Science & Technology, Engineering, or similar.

• Strong communicator, comfortable adapting your tone and approach across academics, founders, and corporate partners.

• Results-driven, with strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Self-motivated, with genuine interest in taking on responsibility and ownership.

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel.

• Good command of MS Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint/ AI Tools (such as co-pilot, GPT etc.)

• Prior experience in a startup or another support structure of the entrepreneurial ecosystem will be considered a strong asset.

• Fluent in Greek and English.
