Company Description : CONCEPTS SA is one of Greece’s leading importing and brand-building companies in the premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages market.

Role Description :The Junior Brand Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Piraeus.

This role supports the development and execution of brand plans, including assisting with marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches for assigned brands.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring brand performance, analyzing market data, preparing reports, and coordinating with sales, trade marketing, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.

The Junior Brand Manager helps manage digital and in-store activations, contributes to content and materials for brand communication, and participates in events and tastings as needed.

Qualifications

• Foundation in brand management and marketing, including interest in FMCG or beverages and understanding of basic marketing principles.
• Analytical skills for market research, data interpretation, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations and collaborate across teams and with external partners.
• Organizational and project coordination abilities, including attention to detail, time management, and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with digital marketing tools or social media platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; relevant internships or 1–2 years of experience in marketing or brand support are a plus.
• Fluency in Greek and very good command of English; additional languages in international markets are considered beneficial.
• Interest in premium beverages, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Piraeus.
