Credit Control Administrator – Elval (ΕΛΒΑΛ)

Key Accountabilities

• Apply credit policies and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
• Manage Insurance Limit Requests and Credit Assessments for customers
• Monitor open receivables and resolve payment issues
• Communicate with customers to facilitate payments and provide updates on outstanding balances
• Record incoming payments and issue credit/debit notes
• Maintain and update customer master data
• Reconcile balances and post offsetting entries
• Analyze and present departmental KPIs
• Monitor and process sales through Letters of Credit
• Handle Factoring processes (assignments, settlements, reconciliations)

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in credit analysis, risk management, or financial analysis will be considered a plus
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment
• Familiarity with credit insurance and risk mitigation strategies is a plus
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software. Εxperience with SAP is preferred
• Excellent command of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
