The Horizon Graduate Program is an initiative of Euronet in Greece to invite University graduates to join our company
for an initial period of 7 months, under a paid employment contract. You will work as an integral part of our teams,
under the leadership of experienced managersthat value your work and solve meaningful problems. Upon completion
of this initial period, the opportunity for an open-ended employment will be offered for selected candidates that
showcase excellence and wish to work in a multinational organization.
Career opportunity: Graduate Program – ATM Operations
We are currently offering an opportunity in ΑΤΜ Operations, a core business unit ensuring that our ATM services are
at high quality levels, required for our customers.

Responsibilities you will be involved with:
• ATM network monitoring to ensure operations optimization and uneventful transactions.
• Be part of the support team for the on-site engineers/technicians and guide them in resolving daily issues,
while meeting target service level agreements (SLAs).
• Cooperate with the sales team regarding network maintenance and new installations.
• Communicate with clients as needed.
• Organize and monitor ATM inventory and relevant data (back office).
Studies and knowledge required:
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, delivering high-quality results on time.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written.

• Strong interpersonal skills with an orientation towards customer service.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills & ability to prioritize tasks.
• Self-motivation and teamwork spirit.
