HELLENIC CABLES S.A. is seeking a Production Engineer to join our team in our Plant in Thiva.

Role Description

• Oversee daily cable manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with production schedules.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, machine breakdowns, or material issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect products, analyze production data, and enforce strict safety and quality standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and production reports.
• Ensure new processes are scalable and meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Streamlined production workflows that maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

Qualifications

• Typically required in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands, technologies, and market conditions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
