REQUIREMENTS
- Degree related to Shipping or the Maritime Industry
- Excellent command of English
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Previous experience in a shipping company’s spare parts department will be considered an advantage.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist in the preparation of enquiries cases from shipping companies in collaboration with our suppliers
- Send enquiries to suppliers and follow up for quotations
- Submit suppliers’ offers to customers and support in the follow-up process
- Update and maintain part databases
- Coordinate with vessels and suppliers
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
