As an HR Strategy & Technology PMO Analyst, you will support the delivery of HR transformation engagements by assisting with project coordination, documentation, and governance activities. Working under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will help ensure teams remain aligned, milestones are tracked, and project activities are well-organized.

This role has a dual focus, giving you exposure to both the tactical execution of HR technology programs and the strategic workforce planning that drives organizational success.

You will work closely with HR consultants, technology specialists, project managers, and client stakeholders to support the effective execution of HR transformation initiatives.

🛠️ What You’ll Actually Do

Support project coordination and delivery

• Assist with maintaining project plans, timelines, and key delivery documentation
• Help track project progress and support teams in achieving delivery objectives
• Support coordination of activities across business, HR, and technology stakeholders
• Contribute to ensuring alignment between project scope and expected outcomes

Assist with reporting and documentation

• Help prepare project status reports and updates under supervision
• Support tracking of key project information and metrics
• Assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation
• Contribute to identifying trends and areas for improvement

Support PMO activities and governance

• Assist with implementing PMO methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Help coordinate project meetings and working sessions
• Support documentation and adherence to delivery standards
• Learn and apply project management best practices

Gain exposure to HR technology engagements

• Collaborate with HR transformation and SAP SuccessFactors teams on project activities
• Gain exposure to HR technology implementations, testing cycles, and deployment activities
• Support coordination across functional and technical workstreams
• Contribute to internal initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Support Workforce Planning and resource management

• Builld your capability by acting in a higher-level role that assists with workforce planning and resource allocation across multiple client engagements
• Support capacity planning and forecasting for project teams
• Contribute to skills and capability mapping to support staffing decisions
• Help coordinate onboarding activities for new joiners
• Assist in tracking mandatory certifications and learning completion across the practice

🔍 #WinningRequirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in PMO, project coordination, consulting, or related areas
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies is a plus
• Experience with or interest in SAP SuccessFactors, workforce planning, or HR technology is highly valued
• Military obligations fulfilled, where applicable
