Job Description

The IT Functional Solution Analyst will be joining the IT Digital Services and Data Analytics Division. The job holder will be working closely with the Business and IT Applications Units to design, improve, deliver and support high quality IT solutions and automations that deliver value and successfully match the business requirements and processes defined by the Business Units.

The successful candidate should be self-motivated, result-oriented, exhibit advanced analytical skills and be able to work both individually and as a team. He/She should exhibit adaptability along with critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to deliver high-quality results on-time within tight deadlines, in scope and within budget is considered critical.

What you will be doing

  • Gather business requirements and create corresponding functional requirements as an input to application design
  • Provide day to day functional support, application, administration and troubleshooting (L2)
  • Deliver best in class, operable and sustainable Business Solutions with an optimal balance and integration between the different elements: Applications, Infrastructure, Data, Business Processes, Business Organization, IT Organization.
  • Prepare and execute User Acceptance Test scenarios to verify that the features to be delivered cover the business requirements.
  • Identify proactively and proposes business process and/or system enhancements
  • Assist in the Domain services’ Management (Projects, Small Demands, day-to-day requests).

What you need to have

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or any other relevant technical-oriented field.
  • A Master’s degree in business administration or Management, is a strong plus
  • At least three (3) to six (6) years of experience in IT area.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft solutions (Office, Project, Visio). General knowledge of programming languages and different types of program platforms. Experience in IT system Tools such as Service Manager, Project & Portfolio Management, Azure DevOps.
  • Fluency in English language, both written & spoken
  • Strong results orientation, accountability, and resourcefulness
  • Business acumen, with emphasis on analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills / Customer focus -client relationship management
  • Ability to build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders from all the hierarchical levels and functions.
  • Teamwork spirit & ability to cooperate effectively
