The role
The EU Co-funded Project Development and Implementation Associate is an active member of our Finance Department Team who is responsible for researching and utilizing EU and National funded programs for Alumil Group. You are located in our head office in Thessaloniki, and on daily basis you keep an eye on new funded programs and projects relative to Alumil Group’s sector meeting the deadlines. With your critical thinking, you manage to offer the appropriate solutions and all the alternative solutions to the Group’s companies by evaluating all the incoming information. For that purpose, you are responsible for coordinating events, such as seminars, conferences etc. and managing all the necessary tasks in order to plan them successfully.
Your impact
Indeed, the person we need requires a strong ability to actively listen to our Group’s needs. You got a spirit oriented to project management, event planning, researching, and suggesting the best funded program to achieve excellence within the organization. We want an attention-to-detail person with analytical skills who loves to read beyond the lines. You follow a certain research methodology in order to keep track of the projects parameters and coordinate the appropriate tasks avoiding mishaps and conflict.
You’re bringing with you
- BSc in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, or relevant education background
- Good knowledge of EU concept terms
- Research project management
- Excellent use of the English language and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Organization & communication skills
- Responsibility, attention to detail & meraki
