The role

Learning and Development Associate is an active member of our OD Team within the HR Department, that strive to continuously improve the work environment and make it a better place to work with equal chances for development for everyone. You are located in our head office in Thessaloniki, and you are responsible to communicate with the Alumil Group’s employees in order to find the best learning solution to support and enhance their soft and hard skills. Your passion for conducting research in order to find the best solution and for communicating is a crucial and an integral part of your daily work life. The Learning and Development Department collects training needs (annual training plan and ad-hoc), recommends the best way for learning (blended style of learning) and organizes all the necessary procedures for each program. As a Learning and Development Associate, you are the administrator of our training platforms, you make presentations and you contribute in order for our team’s reports to be updated. Also, you will be part of our culture ambassadors and make a great experience for our newcomers. Throughout your day-to-day tasks, you contribute to OD Strategic goals and HR goals in general.

You’re bringing with you

  • BSc in Business Administration, Social Science, Economics, or relevant education background
  • Previous experience 1-2 years in a similar position and end-to-end L&D procedures are required.
  • Very good knowledge of ERP programs
  • Excellent use of English language and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of graphic and illustrator programs will be appreciated
  • Organization & communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability, responsibility, attention to detail & meraki
