Key tasks:
  • Play a key role in Career Counseling and Outplacement Services projects
  • Contribute to the implementation of career consulting and outplacement services projects, liaising with the clients in all phases of the projects, and working towards the placement of participants with new employers.
  • Provide career counselling, individual and group sessions throughout the entire period of searching.
  • Conduct continuous market mapping and communicate daily with companies to identify employment opportunities and needs.
  • Assist participants to handle change, to discover and overcome their personal barriers and set goals.
  • Manage personal workload so as to ensure that work is completed according to timescale and within budget.
  • Ensure appropriate data analysis, reporting and internal processes implementation.

Candidate Profile

  • Academic studies in Business, HR, or Psychology degree at postgraduate level.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in career counseling and outplacement services and / or in Recruiting with a prominent consulting firm or a large HR department, preferably in Recruiting Section.
  • Understanding of vocational assessment and counseling techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of the labor market operation.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English and computer literacy.
  • Professionalism, enthusiasm, ability to inspire and motivate, team working ability, excellent communication skills, client, and quality orientation.
