Περιγραφή: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who speaks both Danish and English to join our Customer Support Team. You will be working for our client, one of the biggest online accommodation providers worldwide. If you have excellent Danish and English language skills (verbal and written), strong communication and administration skills, customer-focused approach, attentiveness, positive attitude, and relevant permit to work in Greece then this job might be for you.
Your duties and responsibilities:
Handling incoming phone calls and emails from the website users
Acting as an intermediary between the customers and accommodations
Managing reservations, special requests and complaints and finding solutions to website users´ inquiries
Your profile:
Excellent written and verbal language skills in Danish (at least C1)
Ability to communicate written and verbal in English ( at least B2)
Strong customer service focus
Prior work experience in a customer service/service/sales organization is appreciated
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a team
Ability to work in shifts
Punctuality and attention to details
Problem solving capabilities
