Cyber Security Administrator (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

As a Cyber Security Administrator (m/f/d) you are an important part of our international Cyber Security Operations Team. You will participate in the support and operation of our managed security services that we provide to our customers. The following activities are within your area of responsibility:

  • Administration and operation of security solutions, such as next generation firewalls, email security gateways, endpoint protection and vulnerability management
  • Supporting our customers regarding inquiries and problems (2nd level support)
  • Escalation of incidents to 3rd level or manufacturer support
  • Assistance and support of internal projects in order to improve and develop our services

Your Profile

  • Strong interest in Cyber Security topics
  • Completed studies in IT or comparable professional experience
  • Fundamental IT knowledge in the area of networking and operating systems
  • Basic knowledge in the area of endpoint or network security solutions, e.g. next generation firewalls, email or cloud security is desirable
  • Solid knowledge of English completes your profile

  • High willingness to learn, because Cyber Security is constantly evolving
