ICT Support Engineer

GEK TERNA GROUP is currently looking for a skilled ICT Support Engineer to control the day-to-day needs for all ICT related technical support issues
The successful candidate will diagnose and determine hardware or software issues and provide effective assistance. ICT Support Engineer may also be required to install new software applications and train users on proper application use
ICT Support Engineer will contribute to the smooth operation of GEK TERNA GROUP in Athens HQ. In addition, travel maybe required for the needs of Construction sites all over Greece.


  • Installs and configures Computer systems.
  • Responds to ICT support requests.
  • Provides technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
  • Offers solutions that meet the needs of the users.
  • Repairs hardware malfunctions, software issues and networking problems.
  • Tracks and manages work records through main ticketing systems.
  • Compiles job reports.
  • Resolves all ICT issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a good relationship with the users.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information technology or Computer science.
  • 5+years of proven work experience as a technical support engineer.
  • Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.


  • High-level interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management skills.
