Business Develpment Assistant

Major responsibilities:
Co-ordinate and support various Business Development functions:
Create and update various BD databases
Customer correspondence – queries, newsletters and information
Active role on supporting the Business Development Managers’ activities on Customer Support and commercial offers
Preparing Department’s ppt presentations in Conferences, internal meetings
Manage relationships with existing and potential clients
Preparing all related business preparation actions for GENEPHARM presence in World Annual Pharmaceutical Exhibition (CPhIs) or other events (Europlx etc)
Proactively seek feedback from key customers to ensure continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction
Business Development travel & accommodation arrangements
Secretarial support and personal assistance to Business Development Director, Global Licensing
Candidates with the following skills & attributes are encouraged to apply:
Team player with an outgoing personality focussed on customer needs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills either with colleagues or with clients
Well organised, self-motivated and excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent command (verbal and writing) of the English language (knowledge of Spanish, German and/or French will be advantageous)
Proficient in the use of MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
Previous experience in a similar position and knowledge of the generic pharmaceutical market will also be desirable.
