Responsibilities

We are looking for a Software Developer (m/f/d) to join our R&D team at our hub in Ioannina, Greece and be responsible for the development of TeamViewer´s product Engage targeted towards Next-Gen Digital Customer Engagement. The position will report to the Team Lead Software Development and provides excellent opportunity to create impact and add value with the help of Java technologies (Spring framework) in an agile, modern environment. 

  • Develop new features and contribute to our product TeamViewer Engage
  • Enhance our product using efficient Java algorithms and modern software technologies
  • Design and implement new features independently
  • Work closely with your colleagues and bring your technical expertise into the entire development process of our product
  • As a Java developer, you are an essential part of the agile development team

Requirements

  • University degree in the field of Computer Science or any related subject is required 
  • Use your knowledge in Java (Spring) to create new features
  • Agile working style with attention to detail and the ability to work independently as part of a global team
  • Experience with database systems such as MongoDB or Cassandra
  • Passion for software development and new technologies as well as willingness to learn more
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have: 

  • Knowledge in Angular, ReactJS or another JavaScript Framework
  • Docker and/or Kubernetes knowledge
