Business Development Specialist – Athens – Ambience Services

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Specialist to boost our sales on B2B Services, increase and establish strong relationships with our prospective & current clients and identify opportunities for growth. S/he will have the drive and dedication to develop and apply an effective sales strategy, partner effectively with Operations Manager & internal departments and achieve sustainable financial growth.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy for the Ambience Services Division focused both on financial gain and customer needs’ satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify services tailored on customer needs and promote company’s corresponding services
  • Run full sales cycle from prospecting/qualifying new sales leads, managing incoming calls & emails on new business opportunities, preparing, and delivering proposals/presentations, negotiating terms and pricing, to closing qualified opportunities
  • Convert leads into profitable and satisfied customers. Act as the main interface with assigned prospects, partners and clients and interact with their respective organizations
  • Contribute to building a robust Go-To-Market strategy, services features & capabilities, and post-sales commercial support
  • Develop and establish long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Negotiate and ensure timely implementation from contract to solution delivery of all solutions provided
  • Interact with various internal departments such as legal, finance, human resources, and operation teams to ensure customer satisfaction during pre-sales activities
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Track and update all sales activities’ information and keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Focus on customers’ experience and their pain-points and devise ways that these can be addressed by Ambience Services
  • Provide trustworthy feedback to our clients and after-sales support.


  • Proven sales experience of at least 3 years in B2B sales as a Business Development or Sales Executive
  • Track record of successful sales in B2B services in diverse environments
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills to meet goals and set priorities
  • Proactive and able to work under stressful & uncertain environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Very good knowledge in English
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, or relevant field
