Our Internal Audit Group, one of the most dynamic in the Greek industry, is on the spotlight, as there are many risks we must address, as we transition into the new era. The mission of the unit is to make sure that effective controls are in place to manage our risks and keep the bank and our customers safe! Simply, this is the team that adds value in the Bank by helping to protect our business!

In this context, the programme is designed to guide and support the career path of talented graduates in Internal Audit, aiming to develop them in order to become Eurobank future business leaders.

This programme is an opportunity for inquisitive and motivated individuals with a diverse background and limited or no experience to become professionals in Internal Audit and prepare them for a successful career in 3 Audit paths: Business Audit, Technology Audit and Models Audit!  

  • If you are a person who is intrigued by reviewing and analyzing the business processes of different part of organizations, the Business Audit path could be the one for you!
  • If you are excited about technology, information systems and identifying ways to ensure proper utilization of it within a large organization, the Technology Audit path might be more up to your street
  • If you are a quantitative mind, curious in looking at how models operate and make them solid and secure, a Modeler’s Audit career can be your path to shine!

Whichever path you choose, you’ll have the chance to develop valuable technical and soft skills, necessary to develop a successful career within Eurobank.

From day 1 you’ll have a wide network of experienced industry leaders to support you and during the whole programme,

Further, you will have the chance to experience several rotations that will help you gain a breadth of experience in different business areas as well as international exposure.

Last but not least, starting on your second year, you will study for the ICAEW Qualification, which we will fully sponsor!

The programme is intended for recent graduates with a maximum of two years’ work experience. In addition, we want you to:

  • We welcome applicants from different degree backgrounds, therefore if you studied finance, technology, mathematics, statistics – just to name a few – we are very keen to hear from you. Postgraduate studies will be appreciated.

  • Have excellent command of the English language (verbal & written)
  • Have Military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates)
