Destsetters, one of the most innovative tourism marketing agencies, specializing in Hotel Concept Making and Tourism Start-Up Development is seeking an experienced and talented Marketing Content Specialist, to empower its contribution to the tourism industry market.

What you will do:

• Make all the required Research, to specify the strategy of new Hotels and travel Start-Ups.
• Create the narrative & mood boards of new Hotel Concepts specifying a big part of the experience, the operation, and the sales potential.
• Produce high-level & original content in English & Greek for the company’s Websites & Blogs.
• Contribute to our company’s social media strategy, adding engaging content & ideas to the social media calendars for the group brands.
• Edit, proofread and improve the internal & external writers’ content and deliverables, making sure that it meets our standards both in grammar and context.

• Good knowledge of hotel structure & operations will be much appreciated.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a field related to Tourism, Digital Marketing Media or Content Development
• 3 – 4 years’ prior industry-related business development experience
• Excellent skills in writing in English and Greek language.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge, like SEO, Search Engines Advertising, Social Media Promotion, And Email Marketing.
• Basic Graphic Design Skills for the Visual fine-tuning of the produced content.
• Attention to detail bringing final deliverables with exceptional quality.
