Commercial Operations Coordinator

As our new Commercial Operations Coordinator, you will undertake tasks, such as:

  • Coordinate cross-functionally the costing and sales forecasting activities and develop budgets for international tenders.
  • Apply appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methodology that addresses business objectives and provide internal stakeholders with consultative recommendations.
  • Study tenders’ documents and liaise with subject matter experts to understand requirements, risks and constraints communicating risks and proposing mitigation actions.
  • Write well elaborated financial and commercial proposals including the appropriate terms and conditions.
  • Work closely with the Contract and Bidding Managers to appropriately address business assumptions to contractual and tender documents.
  • Monitor the assigned operations, analyzing the relevant KPIs and change management process, acting proactively and providing advice when necessary.
  • Organize documentation and correspondence related to operations keeping files and system records, constantly updated.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and memorandums for management and customers.
  • Establish trustful relationships and good communication with internal stakeholders and Intralot subsidiaries.


To be a successful candidate, your professional profile should match the following criteria:

  • University Degree in Finance or Business or in a relevant area of study. Master’s degree or professional qualification would be a considered a plus.
  • Three 3 years professional experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both written and spoken.
  • In-depth knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, while maintaining excellent relations at all levels of the organization.
  • Good knowledge of business planning and project costing best practices as well as solid understanding of financial and accounting principles and practices and understanding of complex financial models including sensitivity & scenario analysis.
  • Business acumen with proven problem-solving abilities coupled with professional and positive approach is also considered a plus.
