We are currently recruiting a dynamic professional with an academic degree in Business Administration and/or Economics or other related field and at least three (3) years of working experience in Customer Relationship Management to coordinate ActionAid Hellas’ (AAH) supporters’ business reporting process based on analysis and evaluation metrics. We are looking for candidates with excellent use (both oral & written) of the Greek and English language, demonstrated knowledge of Business Analysis and Reporting along with attention to detail. Experience in the use of ERP databases (indicatively SAP, Entersoft, others) and advanced excel skills with the ability to process large volumes of data and draw meaningful conclusions, are mandatory. Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools will be considered an asset.
