Koia all suite well being resort is looking to recruit for season 2023 a passionate, well educated and experienced Hotel Manager.

Koia is a 51 room exclusive hotel, it is consisted by separate rooms such as small villas, all are sea view, 38 of them have private swimming pools.

• Organizes and supports all the aspects of the opening
• Create organization chart, responsibilities for each position
• Recruit staff from the local market
• Handles and Leads all the pre opening procedures
• Creates Koia’s operation standards according our philosophy and Ensures implementation of Koia’s standards from all employees.
• Be responsible for the GDPR, and the quality systems.
• Poses targets and attend the implementation of these.
• Poses 360 satisfaction measures and attend these.
• Train the staff according to hospitality standards and Koia’s special philosophy
• Organizes and attends the implementation of all the fields of the hotels, Room division, Reservations, Spa, F&B.
• Budgeting & Cost controlling
• Know – how of all the modern technologies support it
• Inspects facilities and enforces compliance with health and safety standards.
• Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel.
• Interacts daily with guests, handles complaints.
• Is aware of guest satisfaction scores and works towards increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Monitors budget, expenses and payroll.
• Ensure the smooth operation of departments.
• Conducts daily briefings with head of departments.
• Inspecting all departments for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & company culture.

Typical skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Tourism.
• 2 years’ minimum experience as an Hotel Manager or Operations Manager at an upper upscale brand property.
• Ability in the opening of a new hotel
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
• Excellent command of both English, German and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Customer-oriented approach and exceptional communication skills.
• Advanced organising skills.
• Dedication and willingness to go above and beyond.
