On behalf of our client, a leading multinational company, we are looking for a highly competent Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director Greece/ Area Manager AAM SEE in the execution of a wide variety of his tasks.
Key responsibilities, including but no limited to:
Liaising and cooperating with external (authorities, suppliers) and internal stakeholders in various tasks, projects
Taking care of the smooth operation of the Greece office (suppliers, office facilities, landlord etc)
Organizing meetings, travels, travel expenses
Handling Invoices and Payments of local Legal Entity
Planning, Organizing and managing events, workshops, internal meetings
Preparing Presentations and act as a facilitator for meetings. Follow up and monitor Actions/To-Do’s
Supporting the organization in HR processes and systems
Qualifications:
Three to five years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team
Further business and operational processes experience is considered as additional asset
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and meet deadlines
High degree of discretion and confidentiality
Integrity, pro-activeness and self-initiative, team player
University degree in Business/Finance/HR/Social studies or other related field
English in Proficient level is required. Other language would be an additional asset
Excellent MS Office, familiar with ERP and ability to learn new digital tools
