STRADIGI CONSULTING on behalf of its client, an Industrial Plumbing Supplier, is looking for an IT System Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Resolve IT problems in a corporate environment. Handle Windows Server issues, troubleshoot problems related to networks (IP Routing/ Switching), Web Services, Mail Services and overall aspects of the LAN/WAN
- Manage clients / servers mainly in a Windows Server environment
- Setup, configure, test and maintain company’s laptops / desktops
- Manage Windows Active Directory (user accounts, groups, permissions)
- Monitor and oversee systems backups and recovery procedures
- Upkeep and update the IT infrastructure documentation
- Provide support in the effective use of emerging technologies, databases, cloud computing, collaboration, and wireless/remote computing
- Maximize organizational efficiency and impact through technology – promote staff adoption, and identify opportunities for improvements and innovations
- Manage all communications with our external partners concerning the IT infrastructure
- Evaluate hardware and software for users to ensure suitability, compatibility, and competitive pricing, prior to purchase
Qualifications
- Degree related to Information Technology
- Three (3) years’ experience in systems administration, network management and relevant experience troubleshooting and managing IT infrastructure
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work methodically
- Fluency in Greek and English language.
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience in ERP systems (Atlantis is a plus)
- Any of the following certifications will be considered a plus for this position:
- Cisco
- MCSE
- Backup Solutions
