Reporting to: Technical & Quality Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
The main target of this role is to ensure the effective implementation on the Nestlé Quality Management System and coordinate compliance with the Complaints Management System (CMS), Nestlé Quality Management System (NQMS) requirements and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) requirements and other applicable instructions and standards (legal requirements and Nestlé GI’s). Also to support with the after sales experience at local and regional level.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Support with the effective management of NQMS Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) delivering a sustainable high service level and alignment with Nespresso front – offices and external partners, in order to pursuit zero defect as the essential base for maintaing consumer trust and performance 

• Participate in internal and external audits – assesments for region (Distribution Centers, BTQs, POs, audits by Certified Bodies, audit to packaging suppliers) to ensure compliance with NQMS Standars

• Act as trainer on specific Safety Health & Environment aspects across the region

• Responsible for monthly Safety and Environment Leading KPIs reporting appropriately

• Assure Regulatory support (labelling and LTDF’s) for NN Market product and local departments for all regions

• Handle the day-to-day activities and communication to ensure best in class After Sales experience, by connecting with relevant teams appropriately

• Support with the conduction of audits for all regions in After Sales Centers

• Support on Safety and Quality in After Sales for all regions

       

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL
• University graduate (engineering background is preferrable)
• 2 – 3 years Food Safety and/or SHE professional background including HACCP, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 knowledge is highly desirable
• Certified internal auditor would be considered as advantage                          
• Experience in operations is recommended
• Experience with project and audit teams
• Experience in training and learning methodologies / tools
• English fluency is essential
• Strong project management & time management capabilities along with analytical thinking approach 
• Good communication skills
