Reporting to: IT Workforce 360 & Platforms Manager
12month contract

Position Summary

As an IT specialist you will provide direct support to users across the organization, including set up hardware or software, troubleshooting systems and hardware, diagnosing connectivity or data access problems. Furthermore, you will perform enhancement and maintenance tasks in close collaboration with Security & Compliance IT Team.


A day in the life of…

  • Coordination, escalation & resolution of IT infrastructure issues
    •    Installation & upgrades of clients, servers, printers & peripherals 
    •    Installation, configuration & support of network infrastructure (switches, access points)
    •    Support of Microsoft software and MS Windows infrastructure
    •    Resolution of security access requests
    •    Execution & maintenance of user administration processes
    •    Support telecommunications infrastructure
    •    Understanding and applying security standards in a timely manner


What will make you successful

  •  University degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Telecommunications – Postgraduate studies would be a plus 
    •    A minimum of 3 years  working experience in IT support activities  
    •    Excellent technical trouble shooting skills
    •    Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Office 365 platform
    •    Telecommunications, IP networking & Microsoft Hyper-V knowledge (with relevant certifications) will be considered as a plus
    •    Project Management skills
    •    Risk management approach and preferably ISO 27001 experience
    •    Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business
    •    Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills in Greek & English languages
