IT Coordinator – Athens – ActionAid Hellas

ActionAid Hellas (AAH) is searching for an IT Coordinator to join a global movement of committed individuals, working to further human rights and defeat poverty.

We are an independent, international organization that has been working since 1972 with over 15 million people in 45 countries for a world free from poverty and injustice.

The IT Coordinator will:

  • Provide first and second-level support to end-users (i.e., operating systems, email accounts, MS office, other software packages, software installations, and antivirus updates)
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting (i.e., PC set-up & maintenance, printers, telephony devices)
  • Ensure proper 1st-level and 2nd-level resolution of problems related to software, networks, and other computer systems including ERP system
  • Keep proper follow-up actions (recording, documentation, and closure), according to AAH IT policies and procedures
  • Create self-help documents to facilitate users to fix problems on their own


We are currently recruiting a dynamic professional with an academic degree in the fields of IT, Computer Science, or another related field, and at least three (3) years of working experience in help desk support / technical assistance and troubleshooting to oversee computer systems and provide support and technical assistance (software, hardware, other computer applications) to ActionAid Hellas (AAH) end-users, in an effective, efficient, and accurate manner. We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills and solution-oriented, along with analytical and problem-solving skills.
