About the role

The Client Protection function is a critical part of the Dialectica knowledge sharing platform, responsible to ensure our clients are able to access the world’s most valuable knowledge sources in a safe, confidential and compliant framework.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail & process oriented professional with a background in compliance, risk management, operations, or any related field to join a rapidly scaling firm in the high growth information services sector.

You will be part of the Client Protection and Legal team and will work alongside our research operation teams and technology team. In this role, you will learn how to implement best practices and improve quality standards within an organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the effective implementation of our compliance procedures and technology features
  • Monitor active projects, flag and mitigate potential risks
  • Coach research operations teams on best practices & implementation
  • Create content for the scheduled training program and knowledge platforms
  • Act as a first-line contact point for compliance issues within the organization
  • Receive compliance queries from the Client Service Associates and rigorously address them
  • Report operations’ compliance issues & formulate proposals for improvement
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions that support compliance

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Undergraduate degree demonstrating strong academic credentials
  • 6 to 24 months experience in compliance, risk management, operations, or any other related fields
  • Excellent communication & listening skills
  • Professional ethics & integrity with strong attention to detail
  • Committed to improving internal quality standards
  • Fluency in English (a second language is a plus)
  • Proficient use of MS Office and Google suite
