Unify is seeking for a Global Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Maximize the commercial & operational performance of electronic & physical component Suppliers (including their sub-Suppliers if required) across the whole relationship lifecycle
Identify, gain buy-in for & implement Sourcing Strategies for portfolio of Suppliers
Provide clear, concise & valuable information & guidance to stakeholders at all levels
Building Relationships
• Grow powerful relationships with key stakeholders demonstrating full understanding of their drivers & requirements and providing appropriate support & solutions
• Operate as a trusted business advisor in the teams of key stakeholders Leadership & Project Management

• Deliver commercial benefits including cost avoidance/reduction, cashflow optimisation, secure & cost-effective supply
• Operate appropriate supplier management including performance measurement, monitoring of Governance/Risk/Compliance & conducting regular business reviews
• Ensure compliance with Governance policies, processes, tools, templates & systems
• Emphasise CSR & diversity in all activities and ensure appropriate compliance
• Ensure Risk is appropriately understood, recorded, communicated & mitigated
Experience & Profile
• Graduate calibre with strategic sourcing experience from a complex organisation
• Knowledge of sourcing across multiple categories, geographies and industry sectors
• End-to-End theoretical & practical expertise in technology goods for resale
• Extensive knowledge & experience in Procurement of electronic & physical Components & sub-assemblies for use in manufacturing of telecommunications or consumer electronics finished goods
• Knowledge & understanding of Component supply ecosystem
• Experience, Knowledge & understanding of managing Contract Manufacturers
• Understanding of Procurement & Supply Chain
• Secured tangible commercial & operational benefits individually & as part of a team
• Proven analytical skills & use of strategic tools to deliver successful sourcing strategies
• Proven ability to develop & maintain senior stakeholder & supplier relationships
• Evidence of managing complex supplier contracts across business units and countries
• Understanding of regulatory and risk management requirements
• Ability to work under pressure, managing conflicting requirements whilst meeting stakeholder expectations and delivering excellent service
