Scope of work

IRC Hellas has already started the transition of all its procedures into a software. This requires a lot of adaptation processes both systemic and filing until the software and the backup documentation are fully functional.


  • Fix all databases needed to be uploaded to the software. Data entry and in vendors databases, assets, items/services that are frequently purchased.
  • Check the validity of existing data through the relevant paper forms.
  • Prepare all necessary filing for the data included in the databases, i.e. vendor forms, asset register forms, etc.
  • Create box folders to upload all completed forms.
  • Clean up of both physical and electronic filing to fit the software requirements.
  • General filing assistance


  • Proven experience of administration and experience of large operations and similar positions of administration or systemic support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to independently organize work and prioritize tasks
  • Self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
