Training & Development Associate – Instashop

The Training and Development Associate plays a key role in raising the shops performance through coming up with creative learning techniques and methodologies. He/She will be continuously synchronizing with the Quality Assurance Department and the Operations to identify training needs enabling him/her plan and administer training sessions with prioritization; his/her training should be measured with KPIs and reports to ensure the value provided.

Primary responsibilities

  • Identify and assess the training needs of the shops & prepare monthly/weekly training schedules.
  • Train shops on company policies, operating procedures & customer service protocols
  • Prioritize the areas that require improvement
  • Track improvement & progress expected after the trainings and report the key findings and suggestions to the operations team
  • Maintain the database of all trained shops’ employees
  • Design and create training manuals
  • Identify progressive tools and technology enablers that will improve operating procedures
  • Ensuring that all our technical solutions in the shop work properly (tablets, desktops, etc.)



  • Outstanding in public speaking and audience engagement and management
  • Superb clarity in communication
  • Commercial & Technology awareness
  • Business Bachelor/Masters preferred
  • Vehicle owner
