The responsibilities of the HR Manager position include:
Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters
Supporting managers in dealing with complex casework, performance, attendance and employee relations issues.
Identifying HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans,
Translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives
Delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management
Designing and delivering high impact solutions that meet the needs of the business
Understanding and anticipating the need for change
Monitoring and reporting on workforce and succession planning

The ideal candidate for the HR Manager position should have:
University Degree in relevant field
Familiar with the full cycle of people management activities (employee relations, employment law, compensation & benefits, performance management, payroll)
Proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
