Insiders Travel Experiences is an awarded, growing Travel Company based in Athens. We offer private tours and custom itineraries based on Greek history, mythology, culture, and gastronomy. Our visitors are independent travelers seeking extraordinary and fascinating holidays with a local flavor.
Responsibilities
Receive, process, and follow up incoming travel requests
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with our clients
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with our Suppliers
Make sure that all travel itineraries are executed flawlessly
Handle complaints from customers in a professional manner
Stay up to date on changes in the travel industry
Develop & recommend changes to existing methods & procedures to increase the accuracy, efficiency & responsiveness of the company as a whole
Requirements
Native level communication skills in English (verbal and written)
At least 4 year of experience in travel planning
Excellent knowledge of Google Chrome, Gmail, Microsoft Excel
A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism/ Business Administration or any quantitative subject)
Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
Focus on detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage change and work under pressure
