Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract a Project Management Principal to join our newly established function, the Project Management & Integration Οffice, at our Marousi premises. The Project Management & Integration Office is mainly responsible for:

  • Leading the execution of strategic development efforts, the coordination of go-to-market practices, and the optimization of internal services
  • Leading the post-merged integration efforts and supporting M&A activities in assessing new prospects by defining tailored integration plans and blueprints, coordinating workgroups and workstream leaders, identifying cost, revenue and capital synergies, and monitoring the integration process and value realization
  • Developing, initiating, and driving the execution of specific initiatives in cooperation with key executives across the Company
  • Engaging and steering external consultants to support strategic planning and implementation of initiatives
  • Actively monitor the progress of strategic initiatives to enable a better and faster decision making, as well as a continued refinement of results’ predictability

As a Project Management Principal, you will be supporting the CEO and the rest of the senior leadership team in delivering the strategy and agreed business plan.

More particularly:

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Support teams to develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Support with resource availability and allocation
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate KPIs
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Develop progress update reports for the CEO and the BoD
  • Manage the relationship with the stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Excellent educational background
  • Proven working experience as a project manager (previous experience in a Pharmaceutical company in a similar role is a plus)
  • Excellent stakeholder-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Job-Specific Skills & Information:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent skills in preparing reports and presentations for C-Level and Board level
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
