About the role

There is currently a job opening for “Cabin Crew Administrator” in Cabin Crew Management.  As a Cabin Crew Administrator, you will actively participate in the smooth day-to-day operation of the Cabin Crew Office. You are a perfect match if you are an aviation enthusiast and eager to provide excellent administrative and organizational support to the Cabin Crew Members.



What you will do:

  • Review various reports related to the Cabin Crew, passengers’ feedback, plane delays etc.
  • Develop, maintain and update a filing system, ensuring proper organization and record-keeping
  • Actively participate in handling issues related to CCM service
  • Work closely with other departments to handle matters related to possible passenger cases and the service provided
  • Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments, taking detailed minutes when required


You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in oral and written English


And you have competence in:

  • Taking initiative and assuming responsibility
  • Multitasking, organizing, and managing time effectively
  • Managing changing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Working in a flexible way
  • Communicating effectively in a structured manner, with all stakeholders
  • Building positive working relationships
