We are looking for a dynamic personality to join our team of Travel Designers. Our ideal candidate would be passionate about travelling and interested in making friends, interacting with likeminded people from around the world, while seeking a long-term career in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be in direct contact with clients, suppliers and partners on email/ calls or IRL.
• Build long-term relationships with our clients and our trusted suppliers.
• Introduce travel experiences to new and potential clients.
• Create bespoke travel itineraries in Greece.
• Handle full travel itineraries.
• Ensure a flawless execution of the travel itineraries.
• Negotiate with suppliers on behalf of the clients and vice versa.
• Send proactive suggestions.
• Keep up to date with current travel trends in Greece.
• Work together with the Team to achieve annual sales targets.
• Represent the company in luxury travel events, exhibitions and FAM trips.

• University degree in Tourism and Hospitality, Marketing or other Client service related degree is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal command of English.
• Any other language would be considered as a plus.
• Expertise in MS Office is obligatory.
• Knowledge of CRM software is an asset, but willingness to learn is also a plus.
• Numerical reasoning skills.
• Very good presentation and communication skills.
• Team play is essential.
• Efficient time management is a prerequisite.
• Candidates should want to travel around Greece.
