Key Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the Operations Manager in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the business
Participate in the optimization of operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards
Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvement in any aspects of the business, relating to increased performance
Collaborate with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board
Participate in company-wide projects
Maintain policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) documentation
Qualifications & Competencies
Experience in a similar role, in a complex working environment
Background in working with processes and cross-company projects
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Fluency in English (other languages will be considered a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented
