Responsibilities
Required academic background, knowledge and experience:
• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• Advanced Proficiency in English (Oral and Written)
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Microsoft office skills, Excel, Power Query, Pivot, Access
• Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control would be preferred
Personal Attributes / Additional Skill
• Up-to-Date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
• Excellent communication/Active listening
• Good Organizational Skills
• In-Depth knowledge of Hardware and Software
• Willingness to sometimes work flexible hours
• Problem Solving
• Able to work under pressure
