Costa Navarino is seeking for a HR Executive who will assist the HR manager in running day-to-day operations and deputy on his/her absence. Provide training, coaching, and counseling to all HR Associates to ensure best performance.

Main duties:

  • Maintain employee records
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, leaves, sickness

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience minimum 5 years as an HR Administrator or Payroll assistant , especially in the hospitality industry
  • Experience with SCAN HRMS software
  • Very Good Knowledge of labor law
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
