Sales Executive (Ref: TH/SM022)

Job Information

Office Location: Thessaloniki
Department: Sales & Marketing
Contract: Full Time / Permanent

Your main responsibilities

  • Responsible for both our brands Sani Resort and Ikos Resorts
  • Distributes special offers, price lists, and promotional materials to the trade as instructed
  • Supports the DOS/SM during the contracting cycle
  • Answers B2B partners’ questions about property facilities/services
  • Performs hotel site inspections or host fam trips with partners/clients as needed
  • Attends hotel and industry related functions and tradeshows when required
  • Performs general office duties to support S&M (e.g. filing, sending emails, typing)
  • Submits invoices in ERP, upload contracts and other documents in SharePoint
  • Loads contacts and sales calls reports into CRM


Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Your main qualifications/skills
  • Degree in Hospitality or Economics or Communications/Marketing
  • 2 years’ experience in relative position, ideally in the luxury or tourism / hospitality industry
  • Excellent command of English (written and oral)
  • Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Opera)
  • Good command of a second language (German, French, Russian, Spanish) would be a plus
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
