Responsible for all hotels of the company with the below responsibilities:
Report to Yield & Revenue Manager
Liaising with the Group Manager, Sales & Marketing Director, Carmelon, Marketing Manager, Sales Managers, Reservation Manager and General Managers of all hotels
Process of Channel Manager and all OTA’s
Process rate plans in PMS and mapping with external channels
Rooms management to ensure inventory (Tour Operators, groups & OTA’s) is allocated and restricted properly to maximize revenue and profits
Follow up Leonardo websites
Follow up NYX websites
Content management of webpages
Monitoring Stop Sales, reduction of allotment, free sales
Monitoring competitor performance
Performing promotions/special offers to generate volume in hotels.
Prerequisites:
Degree from a higher or higher school of Tourism Education, Greece or abroad
Proven professional experience in a corresponding tourist position (at least 4 years)
Previous work experience for at least 3-5 years in a 5 * or 4 * hotel
Kindness, sociability and extroversion
Excellent knowledge of English in both written and spoken language
Excellent knowledge of computers, Office programs, as well as previous work with PMS hotel programs
Very good knowledge of extranets (eg Booking.com, Expedia.com, Webhotelier.net etc.)
