Job Summary:
As a member of the Apartment Outreach project team, you will facilitate the achievement of the HELIOS project objectives through coordinating and reporting on all project activities. A key component of this project is the identification of independent accommodation and the creation of linkages with beneficiaries and landlords/real estate agents. In this role you will be promoting the program and conducting outreach at neighborhood level, besides engaging with landlords and real estate agents. Your work will ensure that the tasks for which you are responsible apply best practices and constantly work towards improving the impact of its benefits to those we serve.

Personal Skills:
Required/Desired Language: Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
Travel Required: 40% in country travel in Thessaloniki and other areas in Northern Greece, in accordance with COVID-19 travel restrictions.

Internal: HELIOS Programming Team
External: Caritas Hellas, Caritas Athens, HELIOS implementing partners, network of stakeholders such as rental agencies, landlords.
Supervisory: None
