Administrative Assistant – Athens – PLANET S.A.


PLANET S.A the leading Greek management and engineering consulting firm, is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant for one of its Business Units.

The candidate must be a highly motivated individual who has a solid work ethic, high level of integrity and concern for quality to act as Administrative Assistant and perform secretarial responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a positive thinking and a ‘Can do’ personality with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.


  • Assisting the Business Unit’s projects implementation as appropriate, including production and formatting of documents and presentations
  • Maintaining the Business Unit’s databases and filing system for paper and electronic copies of documents
  • Maintaining calendars and arranging new meetings and appointments
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and other external contacts
  • Arranging in-house and external events
  • Maintaining updated contact information for the Business Unit’s clients , suppliers and collaborators,
  • Checking the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders


  • 3+ years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant. Prior experience in the consulting sector is highly appreciated
  • University degree holder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English. Bilingual candidates are highly appreciated
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Enthusiastic, trustworthy, able to respect confidentiality
