We are looking for an Innovation Project Manager, to take up some of our Research
Projects. We are looking for someone with passion for the research that we do and with
the ability to thrive in a fast-paced research environment. As a Project Manager, you will work in a diverse team of highly talented and ambitious people in a highly inspiring environment that fosters innovation and continuous growth. You will work with world-leading experts and great entrepreneurial minds to help them bring innovation to people in need. As a Project Manager, you will take the lead in project concept design, business case development, and project implementation in international consortia.


What are you going to do?
You will be involved in:
 Implementing the research tasks of our company in EU projects we participate in
as a partner
 Conducting market research and writing business cases for innovative products.
 Managing the project website, promoting the research on appropriate social
media channels, news outlets and technical magazines, coordinating and
organizing workshops for the project partners, and organizing engagement
activities with various stakeholders and the general public
 Developing training material and delivering workshops
 Conceptualizing new projects through analytical, creative, and critical thinking


Qualifications
 1-year of relevant work experience or a Master degree
 Familiarity with conducting Market Analysis, Business and Financial plans
 Experience with communication tools and social media
 Experience in grant writing for public-private partnerships and larger consortia (such as Horizon 2020, EIC, Eurostars, Erasmus+) and understanding of the R&D grant landscape will be a plus
 Strong communication and project coordination skills
 You are proactive and independent
 You are a team player and easily connect to others
 You have good analytical skills and want to deliver high quality
