Group Budget & Business Planning Analyst

An excellent opportunity for a driven young finance professional to join the Group Finance Team of an eminent Healthcare services organization, with opportunities to upskill, expand capabilities and develop his/her career, working closely with top management members and various stakeholders.
The Role:
Conduct and construct the budget & business plan of the group on an annual basis.
Assist in designing and implementing effective budgeting policies and procedures.
Facilitate managers to develop their unit budget and resolve any related problems.
Ensure managers meet their business plan and budget submission on time and to the required standards.
Review budget proposals analyze data and forecast potential impact, future needs & problems to determine the correct allocation of revenue, expenditures, and cash management.
Monitor budget monthly status and analyze unit & group financial information to ensure all operations are within budget.
The Candidate:
Proven relevant work experience of 3-5 years; experience in the Healthcare sector will be considered a plus.
Experience in managing Budgets/ Financial Analysis and Control/ MIS Reporting/ ERP/Product Cost Analysis.
BA/BSc in Economics or Accounting or Finance, MBA or advance degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance.
Chartered accountant Certification or Analyst Certification similar (ACCA, ACA, CFA, CPA, etc.) would be considered a plus.
Fluency in English (verbal and written).
Proficiency in using the MS Office suite and SAP.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
Excellent numeracy skills with the ability to analyze and present complex data.
Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically.
Communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Must be able to function in dynamic environment subject to changes in schedules, priorities, and project scope, with the ability to work independently, in teams and under pressure.
