Job Description
We are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) for our offices in Athens
A day in the life of a Project Management Officer
As a PMO, you will be focused on assisting in the Project Management Office and the Project Managers in coordinating activities of EU projects.
Your main duties will be:
- Work closely with project managers to assist in day to day operations and project execution activities
- Communicate with external partners and support them with the ongoing coordination processes of the projects
- Organize and coordinate the project repositories: contractual artifacts, reports, and deliverables
- Controlling the Timesheet acquisition, Cost accruals and Revenue Recognition
- Monitor and prepare invoice requests
- Gathering data about project progress and producing reports:
- Monthly project reports
- Project metrics trend analysis
- Executive reporting
- Report project progress through dashboard presentations
- Assist in offer preparation

Qualifications
If you have
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expert knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint
- Knowledge of standard methodologies such as PRINCE2 or guidelines such as PMBOK
- Fluency in English and at least one other European language
