We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for Privée Group of Companies.


  • Daily meeting with Managers to prioritise (organise daily – weekly priorities) pending matters, thus ensuring proper and smooth daily operations
  • Take on an active leadership role – driving change and promoting innovation.
  • Boost the efficiency of existing organisational processes and procedures
  • Strategic long term planning and forecasting for all companies
  • Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
  • Develop, implement, maintain,update and monitor Standard Operating Procedures for all companies
  • Set internal audit control regarding Operations and processes
  • Set in collaboration with HR department, internal audit procedures for staff assessment
  • Spot checking all companies and staff operations during high season
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution
  • Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant
  • Perform daily control of the company’s procedures per company as per instructions and knowledge of procedural optimisation
  • Being in liaison with Accountancy, group’s managers and management. Control daily flow of reporting and payments for all companies on a daily basis.
  • Acting as a bridge between management and group’s managers for group companies regarding closing and opening of seasonal companies, regarding operations and purchases
  • Set the procedures and processes, allocating task policy, training if necessary all concerned staff.
  • Extensive project management. Being responsible for each Project, regarding the update of each stage, the completion of tasks as per deadlines, the supervision of staff’s productivity and respective quality assessment of completed tasks
  • Responsible for controlling administrative procedures for all companies
  • Responsible for all internal logistics of the offices
  • Responsible for all mobile phones + laptops + PC allocation and inventory


  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field
  • 5+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position
  • Working experience as Operations Manager within a group of companies will be advantageous
  • Working experience in the field of hospitality will be advantageous too
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organisational control of branch operations and customer service
  • Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
