FIELD / SALES SUPERVISOR
to join our sales team in Athens
The role:
As a Field / Sales Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the commercial agreements within your area of responsibility, leading the team of Sales Representatives to achieve the company’s goals and strategies.
How you will contribute:
You will be responsible to
Manage the company’s commercial agreements in your area of responsibility and maximize the sales plan per customer
Advocate the Company’s Values and Principles building trust and respect with partners and the market itself
Implement the strategic and development plan of our Brands, creating value in our categories and partners
Maximize the In-Store Marketing & Visibility of our Brands utilizing the tools of each customer
Coach a team of Sales Representatives and Merchandisers, setting priorities, while building their skills and effectiveness
Coordinate the team of commercial partners in your region, manage and aid them in achieving the best results to contribute substantially to the achievement of company’s goals
Analyze market trends and the effectiveness of our actions as well as submitting proposals and action plans
Innovate, where needed, by transforming organization, approach, and processes
ΑΠΑΙΤHΣΕΙΣ ΘEΣΗΣ
What you will bring:
BSc in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field – MSc will be considered as a plus
At least three (3) years of experience in a similar sales position, ideally in the field of Consumer Products / Food
Proficiency command of English
Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, ability to manage teams and negotiate effectively
Problem solving, flexibility, self-discipline, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
